Do we need to install an app?
No. QRMind runs in a web browser. Scan an equipment label with your phone camera to open its page. An internet connection is required.
Can anyone with the QR code see our equipment?
You choose whether an asset is public. Private assets require access through your team or an asset share. Available actions also depend on the person’s permissions and your plan.
What can I try for free?

How do we get QR labels?
Generate and print QR codes from QRMind, then attach the labels to your equipment. Choose a label material and printer suited to your workshop conditions.
How does the AI assistant work?
It uses uploaded document passages and recorded equipment information to help answer questions. It is available on paid plans. Check answers against the source documents and your maintenance procedures.
Can we track more than one site?
Yes. Organise equipment by site and area, and invite people to your workspace with roles. Parts can also be organised by site on plans that include parts tracking.
